Shipping Policies

Thank you for checking in about our shipping policy!

We do not offer returns. All sales are final once submitted.

You are responsible for entering your information correctly! If you are reviewing a submitted order and notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes before we print your label, but not after.

We currently sell all “Ready to Ship” pieces and aim to ship your piece(s) within two to three business day. If we will be delayed more than that, we will inform you. Due to the unprecedented times and the postal delays they have caused, we do not guarantee a delivery date range.

We insure all packages for the market value. If you receive a box that looks damaged, we encourage you to video or photograph it as you open it. That way, if the piece is broken, we will be able to file a claim. If this happens, you will be able to choose between a replacement or a refund.
